It should be in the same axis as what you put your combined omega value in.
If your omega is in terms of an axis defined at point O then r(O to P) will be a two term vector.
If you defined omega from an axis at point p and you have an axis that goes through both point p and point o then your r(o to p) term will just be 24(whatever axis you chose to be through point o and p).
If you defined your axis in another way just make sure to have both omega and r(o to p) in the same coordinate axis.
