Exam No. 1 - details

Exam No. 1 will be given from 6:30-7:30PM on Tuesday, September 23, in SMTH 108. Please see the Exam Page link on the left side of the course blog for information on exam coverage, sample exam questions and Help Session. Please note that the Help Session will start at 7:45PM on Monday, September 22, to accommodate those of you in ECE 201.

There will be three questions on the exam:
  • One question on rigid body kinematics analysis of a mechanism (including both velocity and acceleration).
  • One question on point kinematics (Cartesian, path and/or polar descriptions)
  • One multi-part question on the topics covered by the exam. One question will be multiple choice. The remaining parts will be short answer and short calculation.
